Here at Plastic Card Printing we are able to manufacture a wide variety of cards to match your specifications. The cards we use are of high quality stock, whether plain or pre-printed.

Laminated PVC cards

We produce many different thicknesses of cards: 

from 0.026mm to .076mm

Additional features 

Signature panels applied can be either clear or white. 

Magnetic stripes can be 
Lo-coercivity (300 Oersted) or
Hi-coercivity (2750 or 4000 Oersted) Tracks 1,2,3,4,5,6
Black, Gold and Silver in colour. 

Personalisation

Cards can be personalised with variable data etc:

Name
Number
Barcode

Encoding of Lo-Co/Hi-Co magnetic stripes
Embossing (conditions apply)

Scratch off panels can also be applied.
Smart Cards
Mifare Cards
Thermal ribbons in Black, Gold, Silver, White, Green, Red and Blue can all be used for personalisation.
